Planning Overview
Use the Planning tab to access Labor information and the different areas of the Project Management workspace. Depending on your access rights, this may include Contract, Expense, and Consultant data.
- Contract Overview
The Contract page enables you to view the contract amounts and fee information in one central location. It breaks down the compensation amount that is entered in the Vision Project Info Center in order to account for direct expenses and labor in Navigator. Additionally, it allows you to determine if there is a difference between what has been planned for Reimbursable Expenses and Reimbursable Consultants versus the Reimbursable Allowance that was entered in the Project Info Center. - Labor Overview
The Labor information on the Planning tab includes both charts and grids that provide a summary of the project plan's labor details. The Labor Planning and Resource Assignments grids also allow you to add or update resource assignments and their associated costs for the plan. - Expenses Overview
The Expenses information on the Planning tab includes both charts and grids that provide a summary of the project plan's expense details. The Expense charts provide an overview of the expenses that are budgeted for your plan. This information is entered on the Expenses grids, where you can assign expenses to each level of the plan. - Consultants Overview
The Consultant information on the Planning tab includes both charts and grids that provide a summary of the project plan's consultant details. The Consultant charts provide an overview of the consultant budget for your plan. This information is entered on the Consultants grids, where you can assign consultants to each level of the plan.
