The Labor Plan Timeline chart on the Labor planning page displays the cumulative baseline, planned, and actual labor amounts for each WBS element, as well as the contract amount earned over the life of the project. Use this chart to analyze the accuracy of forecasts and to improve future planning efforts. - Labor Plan Summary Chart on the Labor Planning Page
Use the Labor Plan Summary chart on the Labor Planning page to view the estimate-to-complete (ETC), job-to-date (JTD), and contract amounts for the project, phase, or task that is selected in the Planning grid. This information is useful when you need to compare the ETC and JTD amounts with the contract amount.
