Dashparts Overview
The Dashboard tab allows you to select a maximum of four dashparts that provide an overview of your project.
- Aged Accounts Receivable Dashpart
Use the Aged Accounts Receivable dashpart to view your posted Accounts Receivable data for the current project. This includes the total amount billed, paid and unpaid balances, outstanding retainage, and the length of time that the receivables have been outstanding. - Aged Unbilled Labor Dashpart
Use the Aged Unbilled Labor dashpart to view an assessment of the labor amounts for the project. This includes billed and unbilled amounts, as well as an aging chart to display the period of time that the labor has not been billed. - Consultants Plan Summary Dashpart
Use the Consultants Plan Summary dashpart to view the direct and reimbursable consultant account contract, planned, and job-to-date (JTD) billing amounts. You can hover over or tap a bar on the chart to see the amount. - Consultant Progress Dashpart
Use the Consultant Progress dashpart to view the progress of the JTD and planned billing amounts for the consultants through today for the project. - Contract Breakdown Dashpart
The Contract Breakdown dashpart provides an overview of the contract amounts at the Project level. - Contract Calculations Dashpart
The Contract Calculations dashpart displays the contract amounts, and their associated calculations, at the Project level. These amounts are pulled directly from the Contract planning grid. - Expense Plan Summary Dashpart
Use the Expense Plan Summary dashpart to view the expense account contract, planned, and job-to-date (JTD) amounts for the plan's project. - Expense Progress Dashpart

Use the Labor Plan Summary dashpart to view a summary of the planned and baseline hours with the estimate-to-complete (ETC) information. You can then compare this information to the actual contract amount to analyze the project's status. - Labor Plan Timeline Dashpart
Use the Labor Plan Timeline dashpart to view the project's cumulative baseline, planned, and actual labor amounts, and compare them to the contract amount that was earned through the current date. This is helpful when you want to analyze the accuracy of original forecasts and improve future planning efforts.
