Edit Customer Information
Use these steps to edit selected fields in the Information and Customer Hierarchy tabs of the Customers workspace.
To edit customer information:
- Under the Customers menu section, go to the Customers workspace.
- From the Other Actions drop-down list, select Edit.
- Go to either the Information tab or the Customer Hierarchy tab.
- Edit the fields as needed.
- Click Save. iAccess saves your changes, and refreshes the browser window.
