Approve Customer Information

Use these steps to review and approve new/updated customer information submitted for your approval. You can also approve (and reject) customers in the Approval Center workspace.

To approve a customer record:

  1. Under the Customers menu section, go to the Customers workspace.
  2. Use the search filter and/or the Search field to select a customer record for your approval.
  3. From the Other Actions drop-down list, select Approve.
