Approve or Reject an Absence Request

Use these steps to approve or reject an absence request

To approve or reject an absence request:

  1. Go to the Absence Approval workspace.
  2. Use the search filter and/or the Search field to select an absence request for approval. You can also select an absence request from the list of notifications in the top right corner.
  3. To approve the request:
    1. Click Approve.
  4. To reject the request:
    1. Click Reject. iAccess displays the Reject Absence Request wizard.
    2. Enter a rejection reason. This is a required field.
    3. Click Reject.
