View a Document

You can view any document listed in the Documents tab.

To view a document:

1. Select a purchase order from the filter list.
2. In the Documents tab, select a line.
3. From the ellipsis drop-down list, select View Document. The file is downloaded to your computer/device.
   Note: Clicking the filename displayed in the Document field also downloads the file to your local storage.
