Approve or Reject an Absence Request

Use these steps to approve or reject an absence request

To approve or reject an absence request:

  1. Select an absence request for approval from the filter list, or from the list of notifications in the top right corner.
  2. To approve the request:
    1. From the Other Actions drop-down list, select Approve.
  3. To reject the request:
    1. From the Other Actions drop-down list, select Reject. iAccess displays the Reject Absence Request wizard.
    2. Enter a rejection reason. This is a required field.
    3. Click Reject.
