Create a Purchase Order

Use these steps to create a purchase order.

To create a purchase order:

  1. Click + New Purchase Order. This converts the workspace to Edit mode.
  2. Enter a description. This is a free-text field.
  3. Select a vendor.
  4. Fill out the other fields as needed.
  5. Click .
  6. To add PO lines, click + Add Purchase Order Line.
  7. Enter a job number.
  8. Enter a task.
  9. Fill out the other fields as needed.
  10. Click .
