Selection Criterion Specification No.
|
Specify a selection criterion specification. The current line is only used, if the approval object in question meets the requirements specified on the selection criterion specification.

Notification Reference
|
Select the notification reference from the drop-down list. It can be a named employee specified in the
Employee No. field, the submitter, or a user or an employee derived from the reference specification.

Employee No.
|
Enter the employee number of the receiver of the notification. This field is only used if you select
Employee in the
Notification Reference field.

User Reference
|
Select the checkbox to derive the employee number from the user. This field is only used if you select
Reference in the
Notification Reference field.
If you select this field, Maconomy assumes that the derived value is a user. It then assumes that the derived value is an employee if you do not select this field.

Reference, Employee
|
Select the employee reference, for example, supervisor. This field is mandatory if the Notification Reference is
Submitter or
Reference.
The notification can be assigned either to the derived employee, or for one of the reference employees specified on the employee.

Reference Relation 1

Select the relation of the reference for the current approval object. This field is mandatory if the Notification Reference is
Reference.
The receiver of the notification can be derived from one of the pre-defined table linked to the approval object.

Reference Relation 2 to 5
|
Select the relation of the reference for the current approval object. The receiver of the notification can be derived from one of the pre-defined table linked to reference relation 1 to 4.

Target Internal Relation Name
|
This field shows the target internal relation name and field where the system derives the receiver of the notification. The target internal relation name is a closed field.
It is initialized to the internal relation name for the approval type. You can select a reference relation, and Maconomy uses the reference relation as the target relation.

Target Internal Field Name
|
Select a text field from this field. Maconomy derives the receiver of the notification from the
Target Internal Relation Name and
Target Internal Field Name fields.

Notification Type
|
Select the notification type. Maconomy creates a notification of this type, for the derived user(s), if the approval object belongs to the entered restrictions.
You can select a synchronous notification type in this field.

Approval Action
|
This field shows the approval action of the current line. The possible approval actions are:
The line is created and maintained in the corresponding Approval Notifications after Create, Approval Notifications after Approval, and Approval Notifications after Reject single dialogs.

Approval Relation
|
This field shows the relation used in connection with the type of registration. The available values as standard are Purchase Order, Purchase Order Line, Expense Sheet, Expense Sheet Line, Vendor Invoice, and Invoice Allocation Line.

Approval Type
|
This field shows the type of approval that the approval object relates to: Purchase Orders, Expense Sheets, or Vendor Invoices.

Instance Key
|
This field shows the line's unique identifiable key in the Maconomy database.

Internal Relation Name 1 to 5
|
These fields display the internal names of a Maconomy database relation.
The relation must correspond to the internal relation name to which it is linked.

Line No.
|
This field shows the current line's number in the sequence of lines. The lines are numbered consecutively in the order of their creation.

Selection Criterion Specification Type

This field shows the selection criterion specification type.
