Examining Work Done

To examine work done by one resource, complete the following steps:

If you created a graph previously, click $image\winm0214_wmf.gif$ Reset.
To select a Stacked Area Graph, click $image\winm0215_wmf.gif$ Stacked Area Graph.
To graph ACWP (actuals) data, click $image\winm0216_wmf.gif$ ACWP.
To make the graph three dimensional, click $image\winm0217_wmf.gif$ 3D.
Select Timephased Cumulative from the Display list box.
Select Drill Down by WBS. MPM displays the graph.

See Drilling Down Stacked Area Graphs for complete instructions on how to drill down into this graph. The largest colored bar represents the most expensive task in the project.

Select Drill Down by Resource. MPM displays the graph.
Select a resource in the list box, or drill into the graph by selecting a colored bar.
