MPM displays the fields as columns in the Task window. The columns shown in the dialog box are all fields in the database that you are editing. This is a valuable feature that allows you to customize the grid in any way that is convenient for you.
You can display or hide any combination of columns using the Column Hide dialog box. To display the dialog box, open the Format menu and choose Column Hide. Selected fields (columns) in the dialog box are hidden in the Task window.
