GovWin Capture Management allows you to enter an existing
contract number in the
New Contract field.
When you combine records that contain one or more attached documents, all documents from both records are attached to the new record.

Select the phase that you want to change.

Task

Select the task that you want to change.

Name

This field displays the name of the
contract. Click this field to go to the
Contract Info Center, where you can modify
contract data.

Enter an existing
contract number if the
Combine Existing Tasks option is selected.
Enter a new
contract number if the
Combine Existing Tasks option is cleared.

Select the new phase.
