Select this option if you want to combine existing
contracts.
GovWin Capture Management allows you to enter an existing
contract number in the
New Contract field.
When you combine records that contain one or more attached documents, all documents from both records are attached to the new record.

Select the
contract numbers that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
- Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the
Contract lookup to select one
contract number.
- Click
Lookup/Insert to display the
Contract lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all
contract numbers.

Name
|
This field displays the name of the
contract. Click this field to go to the
Contract Info Center, where you can modify
contract data.

New
Contract
|
Enter an existing
contract number if the
Combine Existing Contracts option is selected.
Enter a new
contract number if the
Combine Existing Contracts option is cleared.
