Select this option if you want to consolidate existing phases.
GovWin Capture Management allows you to enter an existing
contract number in the
New Contract field.
When you combine records that contain one or more attached documents, all documents from both records are attached to the new record.
Contract
Select the
contract numbers that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the
Contract lookup to select one
contract number.
Click
Lookup/Insert to display the
Contract lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all
contract numbers.
Phase
Select the phase numbers that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Phase lookup to select one phase number.
Click
Lookup/Insert to display the Phase lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all phase numbers.
Name
This field displays the name of the
contract. Click this field to go to the
Contract Info Center, where you can modify phase data.
New
Contract
Enter an existing
contract number if the
Combine Existing Phases option is selected.
Enter a new
contract number if the
Combine Existing Phases option is cleared.
