Create a Favorite Report (Save Personal Only)

If the Favorites Organizing security setting for your role is Save Personal Only, you can save favorites for your own use. However, you cannot make a favorite available to other users who share your security role, and you cannot create, rename, or delete global favorites.

To create a favorite, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Reporting on the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, and click the type of report.
  2. Select the report for which you want to create a favorite version.
  3. Display the Options dialog box for the report, and select the options you want.
  4. Click the Selection column in the Reports grid, click , and specify the criteria for selecting data for the report.
  5. Click Organize Favorites on the Reports grid to display the Organize Favorite Report dialog box.
  6. In the Favorite Name field on the Organize Favorite Report dialog box, enter a name for your favorite.
  7. Click Save.
