Unit Detail Columns Tab

Use the Columns tab to select or clear columns, change column sequence, provide new column labels, set column widths, or select number and date formats.

Field Description
Employee Number This column displays the employee's identification number.
Employee Name This column displays the employee's full name: first, middle, and last name, with prefix and suffix.
Fiscal Period This column displays the accounting period for the transaction.
Unit Table This column displays the name of a unit table from the Unit Info Center.
Unit Number This column displays the number of a unit.
Unit Name This column displays the name of a unit.
Unit Quantity This column displays the number of units for the transaction.
Contract Number This column displays the contract number for the transaction.
Phase (WBS2) Number If you use phases (WBS2), this column displays the contract's phase for the transaction.
Task (WBS3) Number If you use tasks (WBS3), this column displays the contract's task for the transaction.
Unit Status This column displays the status of the unit table (Active, Inactive, or Dormant) from the Unit Info Center.
Contract Team If your firm uses teams, this column displays the team to which the contract is assigned (from the Contract Info Center).
Contract BD Manager This column displays the BD manager for the contract.
Capture Manager This column displays the employee who is the capture manager for the contract.
Executive Lead This column displays the executive lead for the contract.
Responsibility This column displays your company's level of responsibility on this contract.
Primary Customer This column displays the name of the primary customer associated with the contract.
Contract Short Name This column displays the short name for the contract.
Unit Billing Rate This column displays the rate for billing the unit.
Unit Cost Rate This column displays the cost rate of the unit.
Unit Billing Amount This column displays the billing amount generated for the unit (calculated as Unit Billing Rate x Unit Quantity).
Unit Cost Amount This column displays the cost amount generated for the unit (calculated as Unit Cost Rate x Unit Quantity).
Unit Type This column displays the unit's type (Equipment, Expense, Labor, and so on).
