Contract Template Audit
The Contract Template Audit report displays GovWin Capture Management user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on contract template records.
You create and work with contract template records on the Contract Templates form (
). If a contract template record is deleted, the name of the contract template is blank wherever that template is listed on the report.For a comparison of old and new values, listed by column name, generate the Contract Template Audit Detail report.
Configuration Setting
This report is only available if your system administrator has enabled auditing for the Contract Info Center.
Options Dialog Box
Use the Options dialog box to specify reporting options for a report. Depending on the report, the dialog box contains one or more of the following tabs: General, Sorting/Grouping, Columns, Budget, Metrics, User Defined Sections, Activity, Drill Down, Layout, and Graph.
