Use the Contract List Export report to download contract data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file or other file format.

Column Description
Contract This column displays the contract identifier.
Phase This column displays the phase identifier.
Task This column displays the task identifier.
Contract Name This column displays the contract name.
Phase Name This column displays the phase name.
Task Name This column displays the task name.
BD Lead Name This column displays the name of the BD Lead who is associated with the contract.
Capture Manager Name This column displays the name of the Capture Manager who is associated with the contract.
Executive Lead Name This column displays the name of the Executive Lead who is associated with the contract.
Customer Name This column displays the name of the customer associated with the contract.
Customer Address If the customer has more than one address, this column indicates which address is associated with the contract. This column shows a description of the address, not the actual address.

<Default> indicates that the customer's default address is associated with the contract.

If you want to the report to include customer's full addresses, select the Customer Address (Concatenated) column.

Compensation This column displays the total contract amount for the task, phase, or contract.
Status This column displays the status of the contract (for example, Active, Inactive, or Dormant).
Team Code This column displays the code for the team with which the contract is associated.
Team Name This column displays the name of the team with which the contract is associated.
Start Date This column displays the start date of the contract.
End Date This column displays the completion date of the contract.
Contact ID This column displays the identifier of the contact at the customer.
Contact Name This column displays the name of the contact at the customer.
Long Name This column displays the contract's long name. If no long name was entered for the contract, this column displays the contract's short name.
Customer Address (concatenated) This column displays the customer's street address, city, state, and zip code, in a single column on the report.
Address 1 - 3 These columns display the customer's street address information (street name and number, suite number, postal box number, and so on).
City This column displays the city from the customer's address.
State This column displays the two-character abbreviation for the state from the customer's address.
ZIP This column displays the zip code from the customer's address.
Country This column displays the country from the customer's address.
County This column displays the county in which the customer is located.
Federal Contract This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the contract is for the federal government.
Contract Type This column displays the type of contract (for example, Educational, Commercial, or Medical).
Responsibility This column displays the level of responsibility your company has for the contract (for example, Prime, Joint Venture, or Consultant).
Referable This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the contract can be used as a reference when talking with potential customers.
Estimated Completion This column displays the date on which the contract is or was scheduled to be completed.
Actual Completion For a completed contract, this column displays the date on which the contract was finished.
Contract Date This column displays the date on which the contract was awarded to your company.
Bid Date This column displays the date on which your company first bid on the contract.
Completion Comment This column displays comments about the contract's completion.
Firm Cost This column displays the portion of the contract cost for which your company is responsible.
Firm Cost Comment This column displays comments related to the portion of the contract cost for which your company is responsible.
Total Contract Cost This column displays the total cost of the contract.
Total Contract Cost Comment This column displays comments related to the total cost of the contract.
Opportunity If the contract record was created from an existing opportunity record, this column displays the number of the opportunity record.
Customer Confidential This column contains Y or N (Yes or No) to indicate whether or not the customer's name is confidential.

If the customer company's name is confidential, it is excluded from all proposals. When you include the contract in a proposal, an alias that you specify is substituted for the customer name.

Customer Alias If the customer's name is confidential, this column displays the alternate name that is used to refer to that customer in proposals.
Phone This column displays the phone number for the contract location.
Fax This column displays the fax number at the contract location.
EMail This column displays the contact's email address.
