Delete a Set of Saved Options

If your security role gives you the required access, you can delete a set of saved options.

To delete a set of saved report options, complete the following steps:

  1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Reporting and click the type of report.
  2. Select the report for which you want to delete a set of saved options.
  3. Click the Options column and click .
  4. Click next to Options on the Options dialog box, and then click the folder in which the option set is located.
  5. Right-click the name of the option set, and click Delete on the shortcut menu.
  6. Click Yes when GovWin Capture Management asks you to confirm that you want to delete the saved set.
Alternative procedure: To delete an option set in the same way in the Organize Options dialog box, click next to Folder Name.
