Pin the Phase Task Lookup

After you display the Phase/Task lookup, which lists all the phases and tasks defined for the current contract, you can pin the lookup to keep it displayed as you work in the Contract Info Center.

To pin the Phase/Task lookup, complete the following steps:

1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Info Center > Contracts.
2. On the Contract Info Center form, click the Phase/Task icon. GovWin Capture Management displays the Phase/Task lookup. Only the phases and tasks that belong to the current contract display in the lookup (in descending order).
3. Click to pin the lookup so that it remains visible while you have records open on the form.
4. To see data for a different phase or task, click its identifier on the lookup.
