Location Tab of Contract Info Center

Use the Location tab to maintain contact information for the location where the contract work is actually performed. You can enter address information, phone and fax numbers, and an email address for the contract work site.

Field Description
Address 1, 2, 3 Enter the address where the contract is located.
City Enter the city where the contract is located.
State/Province Use this drop-down list to select the state or province where the contract is located.
Zip/Postcode Enter the ZIP or postal code for the contract's location.
County Use this drop-down list to select the contract's county.
Country Use this drop-down list to select the contract's country.
Phone Enter a phone number for the contract location.
Fax Enter a fax number for the contract location.
Email

Enter an email address for the contract location. After you enter an email address in the Email field, you can click the email address to open your default email application and send an email to the recipient.

To edit the email address in this field, right-click the email address and click the Edit option, or click Search in this field. These actions temporarily disable the hyperlink feature, and allow you to edit the information in this field.
