Use the Dates and Costs tab to enter or review
contract dates and cost data. The information on this tab provides a snapshot of a
contract's budget and status.
If your company uses Costpoint Integration, the contract dates in the
Costpoint Sourced Dates
section and fields in the
Actual section under Key Financial Metrics display information imported from Costpoint and should not be changed. To learn more about using the Costpoint to GovWin Capture Management Integration to import government contract data to GovWin Capture Management , contact your GovWin Capture Management consultant.
For all date fields on this tab, you can enter a date directly in the field or click
Calendar and select a date.

Key Dates
| Field | Description |

| Award Date
|
Enter the date on which your company was awarded the contract.
|
| Base End Date
|
Enter the base end date for the contract. This is the date on which your contract award will expire, unless you are granted an extension.
|
| Revised End Date
|
Enter the end date for the contract based on current extensions granted.
|
| Rate Expiration Date
|
If the contract rates are subject to change during the period of performance, enter the date on which the current rates will change.
|
| Rate Date Change
|
Enter the date on which your company submitted the contract.
|
| Options
|
Use this field to enter any options exercised to gain contract extensions.

Costpoint Sourced Dates
If any field in this section is populated with data from Costpoint, you should not change the data. If you do not use Costpoint, then you can remove or change a field to integrate with another back office application.

Values as of Date field. The data in this field is based on transaction data entered in your Deltek Costpoint database. This field can be populated automatically via Costpoint Integration. This field displays the total cost amount of the contract as of the date in the

|
Enter the name(s) of the methods being used to calculate revenue for this contract. These methods correspond to the revenue methods entered for the contract in your Deltek Costpoint database.
