Use GovWin Capture Management Addresses with Outlook

When you use Microsoft Office Integration, your GovWin Capture Management contacts and leads are automatically shared with Outlook in a global address list. Use the GovWin Capture Management Address Book option on the Add-Ins toolbar in Outlook to select GovWin Capture Management contacts and leads as the recipients of your email.

To use the GovWin Capture Management Address Book, complete the following steps:

  1. In Outlook, click New E-mail.
  2. On the Outlook page for entering a new email message, click the Add-Ins tab and click Address Book on the toolbar.
  3. In Type Name or Select from List, select a contact or lead name from the list. You can also enter text for which to search. Names matching the text entered display in Search Results. Select the name of the email recipient from the search results and click To, Cc, or Bcc.
  4. Repeat step 3 as needed to select additional recipients for the email.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Enter your message in Outlook and click Send.
