Unit Info Center Overview

The Unit Info Center is available only if you are using the Service Estimate tab of the Opportunity Info Center.

Use the Unit Info Center to set up cost and billing rates for recurring expenses (units) that originated in your firm. Units are goods or services - such as lab tests or survey crews - that are billed at a flat rate per item. For example, you might charge $90 per hour for a two-person survey crew, regardless of who the two surveyors are.

GovWin Capture Management stores individual unit records in unit tables, which enable you to organize and maintain your unit information efficiently. You can create separate unit tables to group unit records by contract, unit type, and so on. This makes it easier for you to find and use unit records.
