Affiliations Grid
Field | Description |
Affiliations Drop-down

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
- To print grid data, click
Print. On the Print Preview form, click
to send the grid data to your default printer.
- To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click
Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the grid data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
- To turn on grouping for a grid, click
Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into the field, in the sequence that you want them to display.
Not all options are available on all grids.

Insert
|
Click this option to add affiliation information on the grid.

Copy
|
Click this option to copy affiliation data from one row to another on the grid.

Delete
|
Click this option to delete a row of affiliation data from the grid.
|
Affiliation
|
Enter the name of the professional organization with which the employee is affiliated, such as the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America or the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

Member Date
|
Enter the date on which the employee became a member of the professional team. You can enter a date or click
and select a date.

Member years
|
Enter the number of years the employee has been affiliated with the professional team.

Notes
|
Enter any notes or comments regarding the employee's affiliation and/or the professional team. Enter notes in this field or use the Text Editor to add them.
|
Member Expiration
|
Enter the date on which the employee's membership with the professional team expires. You can enter a date or click and select a date.
