Search Deltek GovWin Capture Management from Your Desktop

You can use Desktop Integration to search Info Center records for matching text.

To search the GovWin Capture Management Info Centers from your Windows® desktop, complete the following steps:

1. In the notification area of your Windows taskbar, right-click the Deltek GovWin Capture Management Quick Launch icon (), or click Deltek GovWin Capture Management on the toolbar of the Add-Ins tab in Outlook, Word, or PowerPoint.
2. Select Search Deltek GovWin Capture Management.
3. In the Search Text field, enter a search value. The search is limited to GovWin Capture Management Info Center information. The Search tool searches only the name fields in the GovWin Capture Management database to find matching records and only retrieves records to which you have security access.
4. Click Search. GovWin Capture Management returns a list of all records with a name that contains the search value.
