Add a Modified Custom Proposals Merge Template
Custom Proposals comes installed with a set of sample merge templates, which you can modify. To make your modified merge templates available for use in custom proposals, you must add them to your database.
To add a merge template to your GovWin Capture Management database, complete the following steps:
- From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click .
- On the Merge Templates form, select the Info Center Area for which the merge template is to be used and then click Add.
- In the Description field on the Add Merge Template dialog box, enter a description for the merge template.
- Browse to the merge template, select it, and click OK. The merge template is now available for selection from the Merge Templates list.
