Add a Modified Custom Proposals Merge Template

Custom Proposals comes installed with a set of sample merge templates, which you can modify. To make your modified merge templates available for use in custom proposals, you must add them to your database.

To add a merge template to your GovWin Capture Management database, complete the following steps:

  1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > Merge Templates.
  2. On the Merge Templates form, select the Info Center Area for which the merge template is to be used and then click Add.
  3. In the Description field on the Add Merge Template dialog box, enter a description for the merge template.
  4. Browse to the merge template, select it, and click OK. The merge template is now available for selection from the Merge Templates list.
