Add a Lead to an Activity
When you schedule an activity, you can enter one lead name in the Primary Lead field on the Detail tab of the Activity dialog box. Use the Leads tab to associate additional leads with the activity. GovWin Capture Management adds the lead to the activity schedule and adds the lead's name to the Leads grid on the Leads tab.
To add a lead to an activity, complete the following steps:
- Open the Activity dialog box, and click the Leads tab.
- On the Leads grid toolbar, click Insert to open the Lead Lookup.

Use the Lead Lookup to select the leads that you want to add to the activity, and click
OK.
If you opened the Activity dialog box from the Activity Calendar, your entries are saved automatically.
If you opened the Activity dialog box from an Info Center or from the Activity Manager, you must click Save on the form's toolbar to save your entries.
