Schedule an Activity in the Activity Calendar
Use the Activity Calendar to schedule a new activity and add attendees, leads, and contacts to it.
To schedule an activity in the Activity Calendar, complete the following steps:
- From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click .
- On the Activity Calendar form, click the Monthly tab, Weekly tab, or Daily tab.

Use the date selection tools on the tab to display the calendar date with the activity for which you want to schedule a follow-up activity.
On the Monthly tab, the date selection tools are on the tab toolbar.
On the Weekly and Daily tabs, use the small calendar in the pane on the left side of the tab to move the calendar to a different date.

Complete one of the following actions:
- On the Monthly or Weekly tab, double-click a blank spot in the date field for which you want to schedule an activity.
- On the Daily tab, click the time that corresponds to the start time of the activity you want to schedule.

On the Activity dialog box, complete the following actions:
- Complete the fields on the Detail tab.
- Use the tabs to add leads, attendees, and contacts. Select the Notify Attendees check box on the Attendees tab and/or Contacts tab to send activity notifications to attendee and/or contacts.
- If this is a recurring activity, click the Recurrence tab and specify a frequency and duration.
- If you have user-defined tabs, click these tabs to add information to the activity.
- Click OK to close the Activity dialog box, save your entries, and schedule the activity.
