Build a Resume by Query with Contract Restrictions

You can build a resume by query from contract records that specify a given employee on the Team tab of the Contracts Info Center.

To create a Resume by Query for an employee from a contract whose Team tab lists this employee, complete the following steps.

  1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Proposals > SF255 Proposals.
  2. Click the Employees tab and locate the employee.
  3. In Block 7g, click Resume by Query with Contract Restrictions.
  4. On the Contract lookup, use the Select and Select All button to select the contracts to include in the employee’s resume, in the sequence in which you want them to appear.
  5. On the Resume by Query dialog box, click OK. The GovWin Capture ManagementText Editor opens and shows the data for the selected contracts.
