Contract Codes
GovWin Capture Management comes installed with a predefined set of contract codes that identify the types of work your firm may perform on a given opportunity or contract. Contract codes allow you to categorize the types of work you do and then assign fees to each work segment.
Typical contract codes might be Construction Management, Graphic Design, or Surveying.
You can use contract codes in the Contract Info Center and the Opportunity Info Center, as well as in Blocks 10 and 11 of SF254 Proposals. If you use the SF330 Proposals application, each contract code is associated with an SF330 code.
In addition to the contract codes that are installed with GovWin Capture Management, you can enter your own contract codes as needed. To view or configure your company's contract code table, select from the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, then select Contract Codes on the Code Tables grid.
