SF254 Proposals Overview

SF254 is the "Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire," an annual statement of qualifications and performance data. GovWin Capture Management automates the process of filing out the SF254.

Most of the data that you add to an SF254 form is in the GovWin Capture Management database.

The data you enter into an SF254 proposal is kept in the GovWin Capture Management database as a copy. This makes it possible for you to enter or change data on the SF254 and not change the original GovWin Capture Management data. The original data stays available to other GovWin Capture Management users and for other SF254 proposals.

The sections of the SF254 are distributed across multiple tabs in GovWin Capture Management.
