When you set up Connect for Microsoft Outlook, you need to select the fields used in determining duplicates.

GovWin Capture Management database fields that determine duplicate records for synchronization purposes. The Connect for Microsoft Outlook menu item does not display in General Configuration if your Connect for Microsoft Outlook license has expired. Contact your Deltek account manager to renew your license.
