Send a Broadcast Email Message to Multiple People

From the Contact Info Center or Lead Info Center, you can send an email message to multiple people.

Prerequisite: To use this feature, you must first enter email addresses in the Email field on the General tab of each Info Center record that you want to include.

To send a broadcast email message, complete the following steps:

  1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Info Center and select the Lead or Contact Info Center.
  2. On the General tab, open a record.
  3. Click Email and select one of the following options:
    Option Description
    Email Current Contact/Lead

    Select this option to send the broadcast email message to the current contact or lead.

    Email Active Group

    Select this option to send the email message to all contacts/leads currently active in the Contact or Lead Info Center.

    Select Contacts/Leads to Email

    Select this option to open the Lookup. Select the contacts or leads to receive the broadcast email message.

  4. In response to the message that asks you to confirm, click Yes.
  5. Complete the fields on the Activity dialog box and click OK.
  6. Complete the fields on the Send Email dialog box and click Send.
