Associate a Customer Dialog Box

Use the Associate a Customer dialog box to define the relationship between two customers in your database. You define customer relationship options in Code Table Configuration.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:

  1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Info Center > Customers.
  2. On the Customer Info Center form, click the Associations tab.
  3. On the Associations grid, click Associate.

Field Description
Customer A is a ... of/to Customer B Use this drop-down list to select the relationship of the current customer record to the customer that you want to add to the Associations grid.
Description Enter a description of the association.

Click Edit to use the Text Editor to enter information.

Customer B is a ... of/to Customer A Use this drop-down list to select the relationship of the customer that you want to add to the Associations grid to the current customer record.
Description Enter a description of the association.
