Disable a Single User from Using GovWin Capture Management

System administrators can disable a GovWin Capture Management user so that he or she cannot use GovWin Capture Management. You cannot disable your own username.

To disable a single user, complete the following steps:

1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Configuration > Security > Users.
2. On the toolbar of the Users form, click List View to open the List view version of the General tab.
3. Select the user that you want to disable.
4. Select Disable Login.
5. Click Save.
