Disable All Users from Using GovWin Capture Management

System administrators use this function to disable all users from using GovWin Capture Management.

This is helpful if you need to lock all users out of GovWin Capture Management when you perform system maintenance. You cannot disable your own username.

To disable all users, complete the following steps:

1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Configuration > Security > Users.
2. On the toolbar of the Users form, click List View to open the List view version of the General tab.
3. Click Disable All.
4. Click Save.
