Delete a Document Library

Use the Document Library grid of the Document Management form to delete a new Document Library. When you delete a library, all libraries and related documents within the library are permanently deleted.

To delete a document library, complete the following steps:

  1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > Document Management.
  2. In the Document Libraries grid on the Document Management form, click the row of the library to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. In response to the confirmation prompt, click OK to proceed.
