Search and Replace Utility

The Search and Replace utility makes it possible for you to update fields globally for multiple Info Center records.

You can re-run a Search and Replace update that you performed previously or view the history of previous Search and Replace runs.

You can replace an existing value with:
  • A new value that you enter.
  • A value from another field.
  • A value that results from an SQL expression.

For example, you can use Search and Replace to reassign all contracts for capture manager Tennant to capture manager Smith.
