Use the Current Activity tab to display a list of report servers and reports that are currently running.

Field | Description |
Current Activity Grid Drop-down

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
- To print grid data, click
Print. On the Print Preview form, click
to send the grid data to your default printer.
- To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click
Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the grid data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
- To turn on grouping for a grid, click
Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into the field, in the sequence that you want them to display.
Not all options are available on all grids.

Delete
|
Select this option to delete a running report.

Refresh
|
Select this option to refresh/update the list of reports.

Action
|
If the report is rendering, or if a report archive history snapshot is being created, this field displays that information.

Username
|
This field displays the username of the person running this report.
|
Report Name
|
This field displays the report name..
|
Started
|
This field displays the time that the report started.
|
Database Description
|
This field displays the database description selected when you logged onto
GovWin Capture Management.
|
Status
|
This field displays the status of the report, such as Success.
|
Machine
|
This field displays the name of the report server that ran the report.
|
JobID
|
This field displays the internal ID that is used to track the report execution.
