Web Service Calls - Log Drop-down

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:

  • To print grid data, click Print. On the Print Preview form, click File > Print to send the grid data to your default printer.
  • To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the grid data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
  • To turn on grouping for a grid, click Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into the field, in the sequence that you want them to display.

Not all options are available on all grids.

Clear Log Select this option to clear all entries from the displayed log of GovWin IQ Web Service runs. When you select this option, GovWin Capture Management displays a message asking you to confirm the action:
  • Click Yes to proceed with the removal of all logs.
  • Click No to cancel the removal of all logs. No logs will be deleted.
Call Date This column displays the date and time you ran the transfer of data from GovWin IQ.
New Records This column displays the number of new records transferred from GovWin IQ.
Updated Records This column displays the number of changed/updated records transferred from GovWin IQ.
User This column displays the GovWin Capture Management user who ran the transfer (for example, ADMIN).
Message If any errors or warning conditions occur during the data transfer, they display in this column. If the import finishes without errors or warnings, the Message column displays two completion confirmation messages, one for the import of opportunities from GovWin IQ and a second for a process that checks for GovWin Capture Management opportunities that should be synchronized with GovWin IQ opportunities but for some reason are not. This second process should seldom, if ever, need to update data.
