Download Integration Utility

Use the Download Integration utility to download the software files necessary to use the Microsoft Office Integration feature, which integrates GovWin Capture Management with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

With the Microsoft Office Integration feature, you can:

• Share customer, contact, lead, and activity information.
• Insert GovWin Capture Management Opportunity record information or Text Library text into PowerPoint presentations.
• Search the GovWin Capture Management Text Library for data to copy to your Word documents.
• Automatically generate GovWin Capture Management customers, contacts, and activities.
• Search the database directly from your desktop.
