After you create a favorite report, you can use the
Reports grid or a link on your
GovWin Capture Management Dashboard to generate the favorite. When you generate a favorite report,
GovWin Capture Management automatically applies all options settings and retrieves data from the appropriate records.
The Reports grid may also contain global favorites or role-specific favorites created by other users. You can use those favorites, but you cannot change or delete them.
To use a favorite report, complete the following steps:

From the
GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click
Reporting and click the type of report.
Each favorite report in the Reports grid has either
Personal or
Global in the
Type column.

Select the favorite report.

Preview or print the report.
