Use the Opportunity Hit Rate List to review the "hit rate" for opportunities. The hit rate is the rate at which the company converts opportunities into awarded contracts. In most cases,
GovWin Capture Management calculates the hit rate as follows: Awarded opportunities / All opportunities
Customer Hierarchies
If
GovWin Capture Management is configured to use
customer hierarchies, you can click the folder icon at the top left of the General tab of the
Customer Info Center to view a graphical representation of the
customer hierarchy called a "tree." The
customer hierarchy tree makes it easy to navigate between the parent and subsidiary
customer records.
You can group or sort this report by
customer hierarchy. To do that, select a parent criterion, such as
Parent or
Grandparent, on the Sorting/Grouping tab. The parent criteria that are available depend upon the levels of
customer
customer hierarchy established in the
Customer Hierarchy form in General Configuration (). A
customer record that has no parent
customer record but has at least one child (subsidiary
customer record) is considered a top-level
customer for sorting and grouping.
When you report by
customer hierarchy, we recommend that you select
Customer Number as one of your sorting and grouping criteria.
Options Dialog Box
Use the
Options dialog box to specify reporting options for a report. Depending on the report, the dialog box contains one or more of the following tabs: General, Sorting/Grouping, Columns, Budget, Metrics, User Defined Sections, Activity, Drill Down, Layout, and Graph.
