When you receive an email message in Outlook, you can create an associated activity in
GovWin Capture Management.
To receive an email message and create an activity, complete the following steps:

Open the email in Outlook.

Click the Add-Ins tab and click
Create Activity on the toolbar.

On the Deltek
GovWin Capture Management - Activity dialog box, review the activity information and make any changes or additions you want.

Click
OK.
GovWin Capture Management creates an activity that is attached to both the
customer and the associated contact. If the email message contains an attachment,
GovWin Capture Management saves the attachment as part of the activity record.
