Print the Activity Calendar Report from the Activity Calendar Form

From the Activity Calendar form, you can preview or print the Activity Calendar report, which provides a snapshot of your calendar to help you keep track of your phone calls, meetings, and tasks for a given month, week, or day.

To print the Activity Calendar report from the Activity Calendar form, complete the following steps:

1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Calendar/Activities > Calendar.
2. On the toolbar of the Activity Calendar form, click Print.
3. On the Activity Calendar dialog box, specify options or use the Options field to select a set of  saved options.
4. Click Run.
5. Use the Preview Page toolbar options to preview, print, schedule, email, or download the report.
