Display the Activities Dialog Box

You can display the Activities dialog box from the Activity Calendar.

To open the Activities dialog box from the Activity Calendar, complete the following steps:

  1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Calendar/Activities > Calendar.
  2. On the Activity Calendar form, open the Monthly tab, Weekly tab, or Daily tab and complete one of the following actions:
    • On the Monthly or Weekly tab, double-click a blank spot in the appropriate date field, or select a time from the Daily tab and double-click it. GovWin Capture Management opens a blank Activities dialog box.
    • Click any scheduled activity on the Monthly tab, Weekly tab, or Daily tab. GovWin Capture Management opens the Activities dialog box, which displays the details for the selected activity.
Alternative procedures: You can also Open the Activities dialog box from an Info Center record or Open the Activities dialog box from the Activity Manager.
