Update RDL Files to the Latest Schema

Update your custom RDL files to the latest schema by using the Apply Schema Update to Custom Report File fields on the Custom Reports tab.

To update your RDL files to the latest schema, complete the following steps:

  1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Report Administration.
  2. On the Custom Reports tab, click the Select Folder button to select the folder that contains the RDL files.
  3. On the Browse for Folder dialog box, select the folder and click OK. The folder path displays in the Folder field.
  4. Click Apply to process all the RDL files located on the selected folder. GovWin Capture Management informs you when the process is complete and a log file is saved in the selected folder. The RDLProccessing.log log file contains the status for each processed RDL file. To use the new RDL files, delete the old custom reports and upload the new RDL files with the updated schema on the Load Custom Reports grid.
