Key Convert Tasks Form

Use the Key Convert Tasks form to change, move, or combine task number data in GovWin Capture Management.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Tasks.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Tasks	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing tasks. GovWin Capture Management allows you to enter an existing contract number in the New Contract field.
Contract	Select the contract number that you want to change.
Phase	Select the phase that you want to change.
Task	Select the task that you want to change.
Name	This field displays the name of the contract. Click this field to go to the Contract Info Center, where you can modify contract data.
New Contract	Enter an existing contract number if the Combine Existing Tasks option is selected. Enter a new contract number if the Combine Existing Tasks option is cleared.
Phase	Select the new phase.
Task	Select the new task.
